Have a space in your home that needs to be filled but can’t find anything in a store that fits your dimensions or vision? Or do you want something made with better quality than what comes in 4 boxes, 100 pieces and you must assemble with a tiny key wrench? Why not have something custom made?

One of the best parts of custom ordering is knowing the item(s) being made are specific to your needs. From dimensions, style, and color, everything is made with the you, the customer, in mind. Furthermore, you know the item was made specifically for you!

We only use high quality materials and most of our lumber and steel is sourced within the United States.

CUSTOM VS BUYING ONLINE

If you find a coffee table on Wayfair, you like for $200 we would encourage you to simply add it to your shopping cart and have shipped to your home. We cannot compete with mass produced items made cheaply overseas. Nor do we want to.

A cheaply made table sold online will normally be made from particle board, thin veneer, small dowels and cheap cam locks holding all the joints in place. Over time the veneer may peel, when the particle board gets wet it will swell, and the joints will give way and table will begin to shift side-to-side. This isn’t always the case, but it is very common.

With our custom approach our wood items are made of solid hardwood, or high-quality plywood we use fine woodworking joinery, and welded steel (where applicable) all to ensure longevity to everything we make.

PRICING

While we can’t compete with large manufactures or mass production, we try very hard to stay within a client’s budget without sacrificing quality. However, quality materials come at a premium price. Custom items are also very labor intensive.

A lot of factors go into pricing. For example: size, complexity, wood species, hardware, metal integration (i.e., welding), staining, clear coating, labor hours, etc.
